News from the ISO — May 2018

April was one of the few months this year that the Board did not have any business motions to consider. Our time was spent with various committee chairs giving reports of their activities.

Ultimately as the service structure chances are put into place some of the committees now under the guidance of the Board will be transferred to the Conference. In preparation we started considering the infrastructure need to support an active committee. Important in this responsibility is the need for Conference members to possess organizational, management, and collaborative skills.

The Audio book should be out shortly after the Convention this May.

The 7th Tradition Committee has changed the ISO Annual Appeal to either January or February rather than the present December. Also, they will be increasing the monthly goal, the exact amount to be determined.

In Service,

Bob H.,
Trustee ISO Board
