“First Saturdays” — An Invitation to Recovery

The Colorado SAA Intergroup is pleased to announce we will be offering monthly, half-day recovery-focused workshops for the purpose of working on the three legacies of Recovery, Unity and Service, based on the Twelve Steps,Twelve Traditions, and Twelve Concepts of Service of SAA and AA. We call it “First Saturdays.”

These meetings will be rotated monthly among four primary geographic areas, to reach out to as many member groups as possible. All are welcome and encouraged to attend any “First Saturday” regardless of location. We hope these sessions will be especially helpful for those in early recovery. These are working sessions not traditional meetings.

The first “First Saturday” will be held on Saturday, February 2 from 9:00 am – Noon at:

St. Paul Lutheran and Catholic Church
1600 Grant Street
Denver, CO 80203

Please bring along your current Step work, journals, Green Book and anything else you are using to work the program. Step Coaches will on hand to share their  experience, strength and hope.

See you there!
